Terms of Service

"Service" means the BoilerShelf storefront, download keys, documentation, developer dashboards, and code files. "Customer" means the individual or entity purchasing products. "Licensed Material" means the templates, SaaS boilerplates, and AI starters downloaded from our platform.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into binding terms and will comply with all local and international laws when using our code files and Service.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your credentials. You must use accurate information, keep download tokens secure, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

All templates sold on BoilerShelf are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the starter files under the selected license terms (e.g. Single-Project License, Multi-Project License).

Customer may:

• Deploy the template in personal or commercial SaaS/AI applications.
• Modify and extend the source code for building Customer projects.
• Build a single client site per Single-Project License.

Customer may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the source code files in public domains.
• Include our boilerplate files in competing templates, UI libraries, or generation platforms.
• Permit unauthorized third parties to download code via Customer's license keys.

Template purchases are processed securely by our payment merchant, Lemon Squeezy. By completing checkout, Customer authorizes the charge. Prices are in USD and exclude local VAT or sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Due to the immediate access nature of downloadable digital assets, BoilerShelf does not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded, except as described in our Refund Policy, which governs all refund eligibility and requests.

You may not use our Service or code files for unlawful or fraudulent activities. You agree not to probe, scan, or disrupt our delivery infrastructure, nor execute denial-of-service traffic on our download networks.

Our boilerplates contain code references to AI providers and external databases. BoilerShelf is not responsible for any API charges, token bills, or third-party cloud expenses incurred during your use of these templates. You must configure your own billing limits with respective API providers.

Our templates integrate with external APIs (Stripe, Supabase, Resend, etc.). Changes in their API schemas, outages, or terms of service may affect your template execution. We make reasonable efforts to update codebases in response.

BoilerShelf retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Service, logo branding, documentation structures, and dashboard designs. Customer only acquires a license to the source code as detailed in Section 4.

Each party agrees to protect any confidential information received from the other party (such as customized enterprise contract details) and use it only as needed to fulfill obligations under these terms.

We may suspend or terminate download access for license violations, non-payment, structural abuse of our API, or code redistribution. Customer may close their account at any time.

The templates and Service are provided "as is" and "as available." BoilerShelf disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular developer purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoilerShelf and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of project revenue, hosting costs, or data.

BoilerShelf's aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by Customer for the specific template package during the 12 months prior to the claim; or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold BoilerShelf harmless from claims, liabilities, and legal costs arising from your misuse of the code files or violation of these licensing terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BoilerShelf is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued download of templates after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
