Refund Policy
Where digital purchases stand, and the technical-issue exception that gets you a full refund.
Last updated: July 01, 2026
1. Digital Nature of Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (source code, templates, and boilerplates), once a product has been downloaded or cloned, all sales are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or deactivated to ensure they are no longer in use.
2. Technical Issues & Bug Fixes
We take pride in the quality of our code bases. If you experience a critical technical issue or bug that prevents the template from compiling or functioning as described, please report it to our support team.
If our support team cannot resolve the technical issue within 5 business days of your support request, we will gladly issue a 100% full refund of your purchase.
3. Refund Exclusions (When Refunds Are Not Given)
We do not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You do not have the technical skills (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, database setup) required to use the template.
- The product lacks a feature that was not advertised in the product listing.
- You purchased the product by mistake.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the technical issue exception, please contact us at hello@boilershelf.com or through our contact page within 14 days of purchase. Please include:
- Your order ID and purchase email.
- A detailed description of the bug or setup issue.
- Error logs or screenshots demonstrating the problem.
